Kavan Rail Sanat Niroo Company, originally established under the name Kavan Diesel Motor, was founded on December 21, 2015 (30 Azar 1394). The company adopted its current name on October 23, 2021 (1 Aban 1400).

Company Shareholders

70% of Kavan Rail Sanat Niroo’s shares are owned by Alborz Niroo Company, which owns a fleet of 60 locomotives.

The remaining 30% of shares are owned by Part Sahand Trading Company, which has many years of experience and specialized expertise in sourcing railway equipment and components from international suppliers.
